Questions & answers

Why scan before cutting concrete?

Hitting a post-tension cable, rebar or live conduit can cause injury, structural damage and costly delays. Scanning shows what's inside the slab before you cut.

Doesn't 811 locate everything?

No. 811 marks lines owned by utility companies. Private lines on your side of the meter need a private locator.

How fast can a technician get on site?

Same-day or next-day mobilization is typical in the major Texas metros, and quick scheduling statewide. Call or send your location and scope.

Do you work outside Texas?

Texas is home base, and crews cover the whole state. For larger projects in other states, crews can travel. Send the location and scope and we'll confirm scheduling.

What deliverables do I get?

Field markings on site, plus PDF maps, KMZ exports and GPS/GIS data depending on the scope.

Who performs the work?

Independent, licensed and insured scanning and locating partners, who quote and perform the work directly.

Need a slab scanned?

Call or email with your location and scope, and we'll get a technician scheduled.
